Shipping and delivery

Here is exactly what happens between "yes" and your parcel reaching its destination, and how long each step takes.

Where we ship

From anywhere in India to the UAE, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and USA, by air. We don't offer sea freight or domestic (within India) delivery.

Pickup

• Once you pay, your pickup is scheduled for the next working day (Sundays excluded). Your booking message shows the date.
• Our team calls to confirm the time slot. Please keep the parcel packed, labelled with the receiver's details and ready.
• If nobody is available at pickup, we reschedule once at no charge.

Delivery times

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays, weather or an incomplete address can add time. We tell you as soon as we know of a delay.

Tracking

We share the tracking details on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched, and you can ask the chat for an update at any time.

Packing and paperwork

• Pack in a sturdy box with enough padding. Each box can weigh up to 20 kg.
• Every shipment needs an invoice describing the contents and their value. Some items need extra paperwork (for example an ingredient list for cosmetics, or health authority clearance for cosmetics going to the UAE). We tell you upfront when that applies.
• Export rules require valid ID (KYC) of the sender, which we collect at booking.

What we don't ship

Documents or papers of any kind, perfumes, deodorants and aerosols, and anything prohibited by law or by airline safety rules (such as explosives, flammables, weapons, narcotics, cash and precious stones). Medicines, batteries and power banks, liquids and jewellery need our team's approval first.

If delivery fails

If the receiver can't be reached or the address is wrong, the carrier usually tries again. A shipment that can't be delivered may be returned to you, and return charges are payable by the sender. See our refund policy for what happens with money in these cases.
